'''Duties''' - Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for the company's fleet of vehicles - Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery of goods - Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status - Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records - Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing freight - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from drivers, customers, and team members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with others '''Qualifications''' - Strong knowledge of supply chain and transportation management processes - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in typing and using computer systems for data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with SyteLine or other similar inventory management software is a plus - Experience in shipping and receiving operations is preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Salary:
$26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
