Client Support Coordinator in
Vaughan and
Barrie, ON


As the Client Support Coordinator, you're someone who is eager to connect with your clients and provide holistic support, and as apart of our Finance team, you're main task is to ensure customers are getting quality support in matters regarding to basic issues, preparing client proposals, relevant documentation, or following up with your clients.

Some more responsibilities included in your role are providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses to new and existing clients, preparing letters to your clients based on specific processes, and developing client proposals/contracts while ensuring the information is accurate and adheres to our policies.

You're able to actively participate in the development of your team's portfolio by identifying opportunities for financing and developing creative solutions to meet your clients' needs, and participating in branch marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing system support.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Postsecondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a relevant field
  • Customer service experience and eagerness to help entrepreneurs
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Creative and analytical problemsolving skills
  • Eager to work within a team
  • Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
