· Bonne connaissance dans le domaine des droits et libertés, de même que sur la question du profilage racial; avoir suivi de cours est un prérequis; sens du détail, rigueur, jugement, autonomie; bon sens de l'organisation; respect des délais; excellente connaissance du français; bonne connaissance de l'anglais; une expérience en correction dans cette matière est un atout.
