The Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown has a new opportunity for an experienced Tower Operator to join our team

Overview:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the tower operator is responsible for the efficient distribution of service work with an emphasis on repair order prioritization and technician skill level optimization.

Our dynamic dealership is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and results-oriented individual who strives to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Verify applicable warranties, invoicing and follow up with service advisors and technicians regarding repair order changes and completion, maintaining promised times, and working with techs for information.
Back up service advisors at the counter with customer handling, selling repairs, and invoicing.

What we value:

At least 1year of Service Advisor experience.
Forward facing customer service experience or sales experience.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Good organization skills.
Ability to multitask.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with DMS software such as Reynolds (ERA), CDK, and or PBS an asset.
Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
