Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work within various database environments to pull and analyze data to derive key insights and provide recommendations
  • Investigate complex business challenges and work with cross functional partners to implement sustainable, long term solutions
  • Analyze and evaluate sales channel performance leveraging key KPIs
  • Manage & package together channel results on a weekly basis & conduct deep dives on an adhoc basis
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives that identify incremental opportunities for sales
  • Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of all channel sales activity
  • Centralize analytics and business intelligence, providing a sustainable model for data and recommendations on key business trends plus provide the results of key sales and project initiatives with key insights

Critical Qualifications:


  • Strong data analytics & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions
  • Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS Excel; Power Query and Macros experience an asset
  • Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, Tableau, Teradata, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects that tackle complex business problems
  • Solid business analysis and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • A University Degree focusing on Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
  • SalesForce Admin experience
  • Experience supporting sales environments in an analytical capacity, preferably in a telecom environment
