Career Opportunity and Primary Roles / Responsibilities

Full cycle recruitment process

Participate in the ongoing development of creative recruitment / sourcing strategies for current and future internal/external needs with a strong focus on recruitment of engineering personnel
Work in collaboration with company senior staff and external clients to help fulfill recruitment needs

Required education / professional experience

Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent professional experience
5-7 years of experience in recruiting and/or marketing / employer branding
Positive, can-do attitude and results oriented.

Miscellaneous Requirements

Fluency in English and French.
The position requires weekly presence at our offices in Ville St. Laurent, Quebec.
