SUMMARY


The
Regional Administrative Assistant reports to the Regional Manager/Director and provides administrative assistance in the areas of regional report generation and information tracking and ESAT coordination.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides administrative assistance including the preparation and revision of documents prior to the Regional Director's approval; attending meetings and preparation of minutes
  • Coordinates regional reports and performs basic preliminary analysis.
  • Coordinates the deployment of corporate initiatives throughout the region.
  • Tracks regional priorities and ensures that information is compiled and maintained.
  • Coordinates ESAT distribution and collection.
  • Coordinates regional conferences/meetings; prepares logistics and develops preliminary agenda.
  • Prepares initial content of newsletter/team member communications for the region.
  • Greet customers, employees and applicants at the reception.
  • Responsible for the preparation of documents to ensure data accuracy in HRMS and in some cases enters and updates Team Members' information in HRMS.
  • Other related general administrative duties as required

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • High school education
  • Three to five years of administrative experience
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Selfmotivated
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Effective leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Bilingualism is an asset
