Customer Service Representative, Mississauga
Summary
The Customer Service Representative is part of the first line of contact for our many valued customers.

Job Duties
- Assist customers with standard accountrelated and servicerelated requests.
- Thorough understanding of deescalating customer issues and concerns
- Provide information about service conditions and availability.
- Act as the customer liaison between various internal departments
- Process necessary documentation to provide excellent customer service
- Update the information system to ensure accurate transactions and data integrity.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Process and investigate credits requested by Sale Reps and Customers regarding Billing Issues.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Completion of a related University or College program (preferred)
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Logistics industry experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask at a proficient level
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and deescalation skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
