Resort Dispatch will respond and initiate / dispatch emergency related calls via telephone / radio, working closely with the internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

The Base Operator will be responsible for recording / maintaining Patrol and emergency logs and data.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming first aid and emergency calls
  • Data entry of incident reports into Microsoft Access
  • Maintain Patrol and Security logs and related documentation
  • Conducting andactively take part in the Emergency Services incident followup program

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to triage emergency calls based on severity potential and need
  • Resort knowledge an asset
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access and electronic mail / internet)
  • Mustbe organized, energetic, and dependable
  • Able to multitask in busy setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and pleasant telephone manner
