As licensing Administrator for the organization you would be responsible to manage the licensing process for all sold vehicles for the Lexus & Toyota brands

License all retail new and used vehicles, assisting if needed in licensing wholesales, lease buyouts, lease transfer etc.
Stock out all delivered vehicles (new and used) i.e. update Garage Register
Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills required to communicate internally and externally
Excellent organizational skills in order to work on a strict timeline to acquire licenses
Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed
Ability to manage time efficiently by meeting daily deadlines
