Canwest Concrete in Leduc/Edmonton is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our successful sales team.

Responsibility:

Prepare and provide estimates to customers
Lead project meetings and make sure safety requirements are met and CanWest's policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
Coordinate all subcontracted work
Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
Complete site visits
Ensure documentation, paying arrangements, and billing is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- +5 years experience in the concrete industry

12 years of experience in sales
Must have an understanding of how to read blueprints
Experience in a project management or equivalent leadership position is preferred
Beginner knowledge with Sage 100 is preferred but training will be provided
