Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Site Coordinator is primarily responsible for the operation and administration of the Site Office and performs diversified administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains all internal correspondence
  • Ensures all binder preparation is uptodate and all components are accurate
  • Processes and distributes site schedules to appropriate trades, suppliers, building officials and site staff for work required/performed and ensures it is displayed within the site office
  • Ensures Occupancy Inspection Report has been distributed to the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and materials
  • Follows up with trades on shortage of material
  • Complies with materials management policies
  • Ensures site office is clean and presentable
  • Maintains and processes all Health and Safety documentation and posts within site office
  • Documents and researches all written and verbal requests from homeowners ensuring follow up to confirm completion
  • Coordinates all documentation of Warranty and Service Requests and lists including PDI signoffs, 30 Day Lists and updating systems
  • Enters trade evaluations
  • Creates reports, work orders, and variance reports on additional materials
  • Responsible for followup and keeping site timelines on track (in the absence of the Site Supervisor) by keeping abreast of the following:
  • Building schedule and activities
  • Inspections
  • Site Health and Safety and cleanliness (i.e. ensures safety signs are on site, locks are installed, garbage bins are emptied and removed, floor checks and preparation, snow removal, etc.)
  • Lock and unlock units
  • General homeowner walkthrough's and signoffs
  • Material deliveries, truck reports and check in's and trailer and compound organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Secondary school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 3 years in an administrative role
  • Experience with a homebuilder would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license
