The Opportunity
A new opportunity to join ILAC's Marketing Department as a
Digital Marketing Manager - SEO/SEM has become available.

The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with the marketing department to create sustainable growth through creative and strategic implementation of market knowledge and online digital marketing tools.

This role will also include involvement in marketing-wide initiatives and campaigns.

The ILAC marketing department is your window into the fast-paced and exciting operations behind Canada's leader in international education.

Qualifications
We're looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager - SEO/SEM with:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in SEO/SEM or digital marketing in a management capacity.
  • Google Ads and Analytics experience.
  • The ability to optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while adhering to our quality of standards.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS and similar web development languages is heavily considered.
  • A strong background in keyword optimization to foster growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent problemsolving & time management skills.
  • Discipline to continuously audit channels to report metrics, identify weaknesses and address deficiencies to improve engagement and results.
  • Liaise with marketing head to regularly update expectations and introduce new ideas.
  • Proficiency with additional online SEO and SEM tools is a plus (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, MOZ, Rank Ranger, Deep Crawl, SEO Clarity, Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, search Ignite, etc.)
