Location:
Main Office, just outside downtown Calgary (Free parking available)
Job Summary:
As a Human Administrator, you will play a key role in streamlining our HR administrative processes, including the management of new hires, training programs, and benefits administration.
Additionally, you will engage in communication initiatives and digitalization projects, and receive cross-training in payroll, making this a truly well-rounded position.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys versatility in their daily activities and is eager to contribute to the success of our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HRrelated documentation, such as contracts of employment and policies and guides
- Prepare offer of employments
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, and conducting LinkedIn searches
- Manage new employee orientations, training sessions, and development programs
- Handle benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support internal communications initiatives and maintain communication materials
- Crosstrain with the payroll department to assist with payroll processing
- Collaborate with various departments to improve integration and operational efficiency
- Become Quality Management Representative (QMS) and make sure the corporate team comply
- Play a key role in the automation and digitalization of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits
Who We're Looking For:
- Understanding of Alberta Labour Laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office suite
- A proactive approach to problemsolving
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
