Bookeeper/Administrative AssistantResponsibilities:
- Record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in accounting software.
- Respond to customer quotation.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Requirement:
Mandarin or Cantonese Language

From $17.00 per hour
