Join our team


We are looking for an experienced HR partner to work closely with the Canada program leadership team to support the business objectives while providing a diverse range of human resources services in talent management, recruitment, compensation and culture.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supports managers within the CATS program on all HR related matters
  • Provides guidance and support on HR processes such as performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, salary reviews and recruitment.
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, retention, employee engagement.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of the salary structure of the CATS program and job evaluation systems
  • Work in partnership with leaders to reinforce TA Culture, improve communication and change management inititatives.
  • Takes steps to solve complex problems and suggests proactive approaches as well as potential solutions to management problems in assigned disciplines.
  • Promote the employer brand and act as an ambassador for recruitmentrelated activities (job fairs, oncampus events and other networking opportunities).
  • Manage HR salary budget for the CATS program
  • Support employees within CATS regarding general HR inquiries.
  • Collaborate in the proper management of administrative files (CNESST, illness and others)
  • Collaborate in revamping the onboarding experience for a CATS Technicians and Pilots
  • Support in HR Projects
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent an asset.
  • 3+ years experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Excellent written, communication, and editing skills (English, French) to effectively communicate with internal and external customers located across Canada as well as Internationally.
  • Strong timemanagement and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Works well with a variety of different individuals.

Working Conditions

  • Travel is required (approximately 20%)

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:
***The position requires Level 2 Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
