Creative Door Services operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry.

We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors, driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls

Role:
We have an immediate opening for a
Commercial Service Sales Representative in the
Saskatoon Branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position builds and maintains relationships with customers. This is a full time, permanent position with opportunities for continued growth and a high degree of job task variety

Responsibilities:

Targeting and qualifying new customers
Building and maintaining relationships with customers in a variety of vertical markets including property management, strata associations, government, automotive, corporations, etc.
Spending approximately 70% of each week out of the office meeting with clients, handling service sales enquiries, promoting preventative maintenance and pursuing new business opportunities
Preparing proposals, quotes, and estimates
Ordering product for intime delivery
Providing some project management
Other duties, as assigned

Skills:

Understanding of Solution/Strategic Based sales cycle
Technical aptitude (i.e. ability to read blueprints, general construction knowledge)
Excellent account management, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Solution/Strategic based selling experience
Minimum 5 years of proven success Strategic/Solution selling in industrial and commercial markets
Proven experience in multitasking and customer responsiveness (strong customer service)
Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
