Valard is seeking an Equipment Operator local to Manitoba.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 13 years' experience operating equipment
Familiar with loading, offloading and hauling equipment
Class 5 licence minimum, Class 1 or 3 license preferred
Comply with company safe work practices and procedures
Participate in ongoing hazard assessments, daily toolbox meetings and inspections including all required safety documentation and paperwork as per company policy
Must be able to perform daily cleaning of equipment
Will be required to perform labour duties; physical endurance required to consistently lift and carry up to 50lbs
Operate equipment in a safe efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Able to perform daily equipment checks and maintenance
All other duties as required by crews
Ability to take direction
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in inclement weather
Potential to working longer shifts may be required
