Job Description:
In this role, you will assist our service department with various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include customer call backs, closing work orders, and handling payment inquiries. Collaborating closely with our service coordinator, you'll enhance customer service and satisfaction while upholding our commitment to excellence.
Full training will be provided, and we expect all team members to approach their duties with a positive and diligent attitude.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Fastpaced environment, particularly during the summer season
- Adherence to directions from the service manager and maintaining focus on tasks
- Performance of repetitive tasks such as filing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
- Regular 8hour workdays with overtime compensation, flexible scheduling, and a 30minute lunch break.
Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
