Job Description:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to consumers by placing orders, answering questions and resolving concerns.


_ Job Duties:
_


  • Manage Key Accounts by providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing orders;
  • Track customer orders/shipments and followup when necessary;
  • Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information;
  • Run weekly reports to maintain a clean order bank;
  • Help create customer skus in the system as well as enter booking orders;
  • Prepare manual credit/invoices with appropriate supporting documentation;
  • Check availability of product;
  • Process cancellations as needed;
  • Provide support to sales team as needed;
  • Process Return Authorizations.

_ Job Requirements:

  • Must be fluently bilingual in both French and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive, serviceoriented attitude with a commitment in offering superior service;
  • Detail oriented and organized;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:


  • University degree or College Diploma in a related field;
  • 13 years customer service experience in an office environment;
