Job Description:

Business Partner (Aesthetics)


Accountable for promoting Galderma's Aesthetics portfolio of products to physicians and other medical professionals; accountable for creating product demand within assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules and makes sales calls on dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurses and other physicians to maintain relationships and informs about new and existing products; explains characteristics and clinical studies concerning Aesthetic Dermatology products
  • Provides and accounts for samples of Aesthetic pharmaceuticals for physicians according to company and regulatory standards
  • Works with management, other company sales representatives, Commercial Operations and Marketing to keep account activities and literature up to date
  • Develops and maintains relationships with retail accounts by tracking stock, introducing new products, presenting clinical studies and updating staff knowledge on existing products Maintains customer data, calls and other sales data in computer database
  • Plans and presents speaker programs, lunches and dinner programs to inform and educate medical professionals about company products and projects
  • Investigates reports and resolves problems with drug interactions, deliveries or other matters
  • Represents Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions and other meetings
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree either BA / BAS /BSc /B Commerce
  • 3 or more years in a role of outside sales
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with sales tracking and reporting software (customer relationship management)
  • Must be familiar with daily update and synchronization of computer/files
  • Flexible schedule, home based office
  • Valid license and clean driving record required
  • Territory includes Northern/Eastern Quebec and New Brunswick
  • Overnight travel may be necessary to effectively manage the territory; overnight for the purpose of territory management estimated at 15 overnights per month. Additional travel may be necessary for training and/or company sponsored meetings
