Description
Resolve Bar & Grill is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant General Manager.


This position will require the hire to be capable of managing all aspects of the operations of the business including but not limited to the following...

- management of both the front and back of house staff
- ordering and pick up (when necessary) of product for both the bar and kitchen
- scheduling of both the front and back of house staff
- hiring of new staff
- taking disciplinary action with staff when necessary
- completing cash outs and some other small monetary related duties
- covering shifts when necessary
- planning and organizing live entertainment and other events
- enforcing AGLC laws and workplace health and safety protocols
- ensuring of proper function of equipment and ensuring maintenance of equipment is up to date

Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills and a flexible schedule. Applicant must have valid ProServe certification and a valid drivers license.

  • 5 years of experience in management of restaurants and bars is required. Education in this field is preferred.
