Position Overview:


  • Leverage software testing experience to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify product performance and delivery of project specific requirements.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and provide support to users including training, troubleshooting, and advocating for defect resolution.
  • Partner with Project Execution teams to ensure on time and high[1]quality deliverables. Contribute to the development and improvement of UAT processes and standards.
  • Participate in software regression testing on real world data to validate changes in general and against UAT expected results. Identify and document software defects and help facilitate resolution.
  • Become an SME providing Level 2 Support to Support Analysts. Assist with system documentation and maintaining environments.
  • Collaborate on crossfunctional teams, to understand project requirements and objectives. Work with the Product Owner, Implementation teams and Developers to resolve deviations from requirements.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, QA processes and own tasks to test bug fixes, new features, and releases under the direction of experienced QA. Work as directed on projects that support company goals and brand pillars.
  • Work as part of the global Client Experience (CX) team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.
  • Understand relevant QA/Support SOPs (Process and Tickets) and adhere to process. This includes Timesheets and all other corporate compliance actions.
  • Collaborate with the QA peers, CX Manager
  • QA and Director of CX on continuous improvement of Product Quality and Global Customer Service.

Requirements:


_ Ability to travel __Globally or worldwide_**- Previous experience as QA, UAT Specialist or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self directed and comfortable leading facetoface group interactions.
  • Excellent comprehension skills including understand technical documentation and providing necessary clarifications.
  • Customer service focus. Ability to provide responsive service to customers and colleagues. Proactively seeks to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proficient in designing and executing test cases, as well as analyzing and documenting test results.
  • An indepth working knowledge of test management software, programming languages and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with Functional, Load and Performance Test Automation. Familiar with C#, Flood, JMeter and Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Test Plans an asset.
  • An indepth knowledge of quality assurance theory, systems, and practices.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills to identify software faults, analyze test data, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to be conscientious, consistent with keen attention to detail.
  • The position requires strong interpersonal skills and consistently interacts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific software is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel 12x per quarter to meet with clients
