Description
You will be responsible for researching and contacting potential new clients for the company, as well as negotiating or renegotiating current contracts, while following up on current projects.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Establish goals and strategies to increase revenue and market share;
- Develop new contacts and projects;
- Research new clients in key markets;
- Participate in the development of bids and selling price;
- Negotiate with customers and get contracts signed;
- Research, plan and develop new markets;
- Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor and for which the individual is qualified.
- Manage subcontractors and employees
- Deliver projects on time and on budget.
Skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have a valid driver's license
- Resourcefulness and leadership skills
- Experience in construction and business development
- Ability to build and maintain a good network of business contacts
- Have a talent for negotiation and sales
- Have a collaborative spirit and teamwork
