Role:
The Corporate Controller reports, who reports to the Senior Director - Finance, directly manages and collaborates closely with two financial reporting analysts and four revenue specialists

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and ensuring timely delivery of all external financial statements.
Managing timely and accurate revenue recognition and monthend financial close.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packages for the executive team.
Managing both external and internal audits.

Additional responsibilities involve setting financial standards, implementing accounting policies operationally, and maintaining high standards of financial reporting.

Your Day with Equisoft:

Responsibilities:

Accounting operations: Oversee the financial reporting and revenue teams, and manage the financial integration of newly acquired companies.
Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as per IFRS standards for all group entities.
Leadership and Compliance: Lead annual external audits and collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure efficient monthend closes. Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Support for Business in Major Projects
Provide financial assessments of new initiatives, guiding teams to maximize financial performance.
Track project costs and benefits, aligning them with established budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

- **Technical Skills**: CPA designation required with 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Microsoft Office, and Netsuite. Experience with IFRS 15 within the technology sector is an asset.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
