Description

• Work on, manage and supervise, renovation and construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks accurately.
• Perform a wide range of carpentry duties, including framing, installing windows and doors, finishing work, installing cabinets, and other related tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of materials and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients, director of operations, and other team members to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Red Seal Certification in Carpentry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent technical skills in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, millwork installation, window and door replacements, ect.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of building permits, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• A strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Reliably attend varying job sites to ensure projects are being completed.
