ECON 202:
Introductory Macroeconomics


This course uses basic economic concepts to explain how economies operate at a national or regional level, with a focus on production, income, interest rates, prices, inflation, and unemployment.

Principles are introduced for understanding and evaluating the methods by which governments can smooth fluctuations in overall economic activity.

Position Requirements

MA in Economics, or equivalent.

Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours


This course is currently scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays from and scheduled to be delivered on campus, with a face-to-face modality.
