We have a current opportunity for a IT Analyst on a contract basis. The position will be based in Walton-on-Thames.

Position Description:Provide technical user support using analysis and problem-solving skills to facilitate resolution, education, and documentation of a variety of computer and software technologies used at the business. This position will directly interact with end users at the Digital Tech Bar.
Core Skills
A good knowledge in several of the following areas will be an advantage:
- Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows 10)
- Network Connectivity (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Remote Connectivity/SSL/VPN
- Printing (basic troubleshooting, HP hardware knowledge preferred)
- Software distribution/SCCM (basic knowledge required)
- MS Office Products
- Cloud technologies
- Mobile technologies
- ServiceNow
- ITIL processes

Position Responsibilities:
- Staff the Digital Tech Bar in the
_Hersham UK_ office, Monday through Friday supporting core business hours between 9:00 am and 5.30 pm - Provide operational support for the enterprise computing environment's supported technologies.
- Communications, documentation, advanced troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other Technical Support and Engineering teams when necessary to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and documentation in respect of technical user support.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Approximately 35 years of experience within one or more areas within Information Technology (IT) or comparable organization.
- Client Support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, especially in English.
- Secondary language preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem solving & customer service skills.
- General understanding of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and processes.
- Ability to assess and prioritize competing urgent issues.
- Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (knowledge, problem, incident, etc.)
