About This Role

We are looking for someone armed with a strong tool-kit to develop and maintain technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements.

You'll also provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. This mandate includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards.

Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:

Work with data scientists and UX designers to productionize impactful analytical tools with beautiful data visualizations
Design and develop solutions to workflow automation challenges across the business
Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to refine ideas
Engineer selfcontained, reusable, and testable modules and components

Requirements:

It helps if you have:

Intimate familiarity with web UI technologies: HTML5, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SVG/Canvas
Proficiency writing and validating SQL queries. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with data visualization and reporting web libraries, e.g. D3js, HighCharts, AG-Grid
Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI
Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, e.g. Azure, Teams, Sharepoint, Office36
Strong core Java and Spring framework skills
Experience with Python & common data science libraries
Good knowledge of design patterns with excellent problemsolving skills
Professional, precise communication skills with client interaction
Knowledge of institutional lending, capital markets, M&A advisory businesses
