Reporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations (IR), the IR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the strategic objectives of the Investor Relations team.
The IR Coordinator is responsible for facilitating engagements with various levels of executive and senior management, investments dealers, as well as existing and potential shareholders of Elk Valley Resources (EVR).
In addition, support and assist the preparation and delivery of top-quality IR disclosures and events on an ongoing basis.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is highly organized and has a superior attention to detail; a team player who is service orientated.
You will have effective interpersonal skills and a desire and energy to achieve high-quality results with the ability to work autonomously and well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Coordinate investor and analyst meetings
- Plan and coordinate quarterly results conference calls, investor roadshows and conferences (meetings prioritization and management), and special events
- Coordinate and oversee special IR events including related travel, budgets, vendor, and expenses management
- Manage investor inbox and CRM database
- Collaborating with the team to support ongoing shareholder targeting, outreach, tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Support crossfunctional coordination for the preparation of all IR materials such as presentations, scripts, Q&As, IR website, internal reporting, including facilitating appropriate internal and legal reviews
- Support routine peer review and analysis
- General support for efficient functioning of the IR team as well as the Vice President and the Senior Analyst
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of investor relations or broker corporate access experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong operating knowledge of Excel
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when responding to investor inquiries, as well as, cognizant of disclosure limitations and obligations
- Good working knowledge of the roles of various players in the capital markets
