Our new VP, Solution Delivery will:

• 
  Know our Customers. Inside Out. You own customer relations, acting as the primary contact to understand and communicate the needs for all parties (customer, team, vendors). You will understand our customer's short term and long term strategic needs while guiding them through their metaverse journey. You will be a diplomatic leader who builds relationships and consensus with team members and customers at all levels. You will improve existing client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities within the project or opportunistically within the account. You are the customer success benchmark.

Deliver. Deliver. Deliver. You will lead every aspect of solution delivery by leading a multi-functional team to deliver both strategic consulting services and complex enterprise development projects. You own the full-cycle from defining scope and drafting SOWs, to planning and management, to development, to driving negotiation and changes while effectively supporting the team throughout, to ensuring delivery of exceptionally high quality results and products.

Build Operations. You will build and establish our delivery methodology and project management operations from the ground-level up with projects that intersect traditional game development and enterprise software.

Our new VP, Solution Delivery brings:

  Experience. You bring 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions in a consulting and technical product development environment. Bonus points if you have delivered VR/AR projects and digital training.

Project Management A-Z. You are a master of managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budgets, change management, resource planning & management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting. And you are comfortable doing this while navigating a high level of ambiguity in a growing and developing business.

The ability to think BIG, but know the DETAILS. As a creative problem-solver, you see solutions behind complex project delivery and staffing challenges.
