Should you accept the challenge, this role will involve:
You will be assisting the accounting department with invoicing, payments and staying on top of aging accounts.


You will focus on supporting other operation management and field staff roles by dispatching jobs, overseeing our systems and keeping everything orderly so that everyone can perform their day to day role effectively.

You and the Operations Manager will be in charge of, and take care of, most areas of the business.


Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing quotes to income leads of our service
  • Managing contracts and accounts in our CRM system
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives as quickly as possible.
  • Accounts Receivables: Invoicing, payment and collecting receivables from past due clients.
  • Organizing and scheduling jobs
  • Dispatch jobs to the field team
  • Estimating: Transforming measurements into estimates, preparing them for review/submission by the owner. Following up with clients on estimates.
  • Administration: Equipment tracking, sales leads documenting.

Applicants must have/be:


  • A genuine, trustworthy person that will contribute to our work environment in a positive way.
  • A problem solver. We like people who really own their role. We will give you the tools and systems, train you to be successful, and support you. It is expected that you will take problems and solve them.
  • Tech-Savvy, and excited to learn new Software
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, able to communicate professionally with clients, both written and verbal
  • Able to type
    70 wpm and over
  • An energetic personality, able to connect with people effectively
  • Always looking for ways to improve yourself as well as the company as a whole.
  • Exceptional Time management skills and Organizational Skills
  • Past Customer Service Experience

Assets but not required:


  • Administrative Experience
  • Sales Skills
  • Scheduling or Dispatching Experience
  • Experience working in the trades/service industry

Compensation and Benefits:

- $45,000/year (dependent on experience)

This posting is for a Full Time Position. Hours will be from 8:30-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employee will alternate between working in the office (when required) and working from home.
