Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management:
  • Build 1YP/3YP for key accounts
  • Development of annual customer business plan utilizing strategies and tactics to create winwin partnerships
  • Development, execution and evaluation of customized Key Account programs
  • Build, maintain, and own On-Premise Key Accounts' Head Office relationships with Labatt
  • Support Customer Marketing Team in developing customized programs, strategies and tactical marketing/sales initiatives
  • Accountable for managing all components of the customer's budget
  • Responsible for all street level execution
  • Build internal and external communication plans
  • Responsible for managing the monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the key accounts
Job Qualifications and Competencies

  • Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 35 years of Field Sales experience,
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong presentation skills to champion Key Account pitches
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior levels of Key Account
  • Strong budget management experience (manage budget to provide partnership with external Key Accounts)
  • Strong project management and organization skills to manage the number priorities from each onpremise key account
  • Expert in all Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Must be comfortable building and delivering presentations to senior levels of management. Clear storytelling abilities as well as PowerPoint design capabilities
  • Experience using data to tell stories and creating visuals in excel and/or PowerBI
  • Knowledge of Liquor regulations
  • Knowledge of Distribution network
