We are looking for a Director of Finance to join our executive team who will deliver exceptional results and will be responsible for helping drive the financial health and performance of the company.


As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Providing leadership across Isaac by contributing to the development of our growth plan, supporting our vision, core values, and commitment to radical client care.
  • Collaborating with the executive team to develop a sales and marketing strategy for North America that optimizes profitable growth and creates longterm value for clients and Isaac.
  • Conducting market assessments to ensure that our products are positioned correctly in various geographic locations/segments and that we are utilizing the optimal channel mix.
  • Building and leading a professional sales and marketing team by hiring, developing, and motivating staff to be successful in their roles.
  • Owning the full cycle sales process, including creating and executing annual plans and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborating with functional leaders to develop and implement sales and marketing activities with KPIs to track progress and success.
  • Implementing strategies and actions that drive longterm revenue and growth.
  • Leading your team towards maximizing their potential while maintaining positive morale, which is critical to driving significant business growth and success.
  • Having a customercentric approach and emulating best practices in delivering exceptional services.
  • Contributing to improvement initiatives that support the scaling of Isaac's business.
  • Having a proactive and strategic vision for new technologies within sales and marketing.
  • Being a role model for Isaac's values.

Who You are:


  • Experienced 5+ years of progressive experience in a sales role with a demonstrated deep understanding of sales/marketing strategies in the Professional Services & SaaS industries.


  • A Leader

  • A demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate highperforming teams to achieve exceptional results with a deep knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.


  • Resilient

  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to help set the company up for financial success.


  • Relationship Builder

  • You cultivate strong relationships where everyone around you feels respected and valued. Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to drive change and maintain best practices in sales/marketing.


  • Technical

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Communications preferred.


  • Knowledgeable

  • Strong understanding of contracting, negotiating, market research, product positioning and change management using analytical, datadriven tools.
