What you will be doing:

Servicing new and existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting tests, and resolving problems;
Repairing appliances in multifamily complexes;
Troubleshooting issues with all commercial equipment;
Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints or the current building / plumbing codes;
Inspecting product quality and installation to ensure conformance and customer satisfaction;
Documenting service and installation actions by completing electronic forms, reports, logs, and records;

Other required duties may be assigned that fall within the parameters of the primary responsibility of the position.

What you bring:

Journeyman Appliance Technician Certificate;
Minimum two (2) years experience in the same role;
Recent service experience required;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
Gas "A" ticket is an asset;
Valid class 5 driver's license and willingness to provide a current 3year driver's abstract;
Valid safety certifications such as First Aid, Fall Protection, Cross Connection Control, WHMIS, TDG, CSTS, PSTS, AWP, and H2S Alive considered an asset.
