Danson Decor Inc is the Leader in Import / Distribution of Seasonal Decorations designed for commercial Holidays. In business for over 85 years and the company now sells over 10,000 decorative items throughout all Canada.

  • Assisting in all sales and customer inquiries
  • Leading role in showroom sales meetings along with Category Directors (virtual and inperson)
  • Creating promotional material for new products, new categories, or new opportunities
  • Preparing internal pricing sheets
  • Providing customers with quotations and catalogs to facilitate the buying process
  • Completing customer item creation forms (including customer vendor portal information)
  • Collaborating with other departments to respond to any customer requests such as image requests, etc.
  • Communicating with factories for quotation requests, item modifications, sample requests, etc.
  • Preparing and sending samples to customer offices / trade shows
  • Reviewing customer PO's to ensure accuracy of order information and achievability of delivery dates
  • For franchised customers, attending customer trade shows and selling to / building relationships with their franchisees

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • 5 years' experience in sales and/or account management
  • Ambitious, proactive, organized, and selfmotivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Walmart Retail Link (asset)
  • 50% French / 50% English (spoken and written) to communicate with customers in Québec and across Canada

  • B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)
