Certifications & Education Requirements:

Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification is required
Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci) is desired

Education and training are normally gained through post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of the following:

Computer Science
Business Administration
Engineering
Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to the Senior Project Manager role (eg: Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects focused on Genesys call center software (eg: voice, chat channels, implementation of bots)
Industry experience in Call Center technology (IVR and CRM
Customer Relationship Management)
Strong technical experience in one or more: software development; hardware; operating systems; networking knowledge

Responsibilities:

Accountable for all aspects of the project (or phase) over the entire project life.
Responsible for project deliverables. In doing so the Consultant will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, scope, issues, risks, and communications.
Act as the single point of contact and escalation for the project.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in the organization, planning, facilitation, risk analysis, controlling, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written).Core competencies such as initiative, relationship building, influencing others, problemsolving, and decisionmaking.

Manage the overall project including:

Facilitating the development of a Business Case using Client templates and processes.
Facilitating the development of a Project Plan using Client templates and processes.
Establishing the project schedule, monitoring schedule performance, and reporting on progress.
Monitoring spending and ensuring adherence to budget.
Responsible for project cost reporting.
Project communication including communicating status to executives and sponsors.

$100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
