As a Lilly Sales Consultant, you will improve the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions.
You will identify and develop relationships with customers that will consist of family physicians and community neurologists. Using your Lilly network and resources, you will respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns.
You will identify and offer multi-channel solutions that are the most relevant to your customers, adopting digital channels when they are available.
You will capture, analyze and interpret territory data, trends, and develop and implement a detailed territory plan for your portfolio.
With the return to in-person meetings and with the need to maximize customer interactions leveraging in person meetings as well as virtual connection and other digital tools, you understand the importance of reaching customers in new and engaging ways.
This includes virtual detailing, using lead generation tactics to secure virtual appointments, effectively following new policies and procedures for digital communications and fostering high collaboration across other customer facing functions (medical, marketing, other sales consultants) to ensure a coordinated customer centric experience.
