We are recruiting energetic managers and/or leaders with sales or management skills combined with strong entrepreneurship traits to start a career with us.

Through our intensive, multifaceted management training program, you will build on everything you have learned so far in your career as you become familiar with our industry, products and services, our culture, customer profiles, financials, and other key facets of our business to ultimately manage one of our existing or new locations as the
Business Center Manager.

Under the mentorship of the training Business Centre Manager, this fast-paced program will prepare you through hands-on and learning activities while you work alongside the employees at the Business Centre.

The duration of this training will vary based on your work experience, knowledge of our industry and speed of learning (typically 6 to 18 months).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of post secondary education or equivalent (relevant years of related experience may be applicable);

- (3) years' experience in sales and management and/or experience, ideally related to the safety industry.

Strong abilities in leadership, negotiation, management and decisionmaking;
Strong customer service orientation, entrepreneurial spirit and strong willingness to learn and develop skills; Teamoriented, selfmotivated, resultsoriented, highly organized and sound judgment.;

Note that this training may take place in various business centers across Canada (where applicable) and concessions for related expenses will be considered.
