About This Opportunity


Use strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset you will help Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, and our retail partners understand and navigate the marketplace.

Leveraging multiple data sources, create reports and scorecards that articulate both results and their drivers.

Work closely with the category management and national retail sales teams you'll help to develop and execute key company strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Leveraging market and retailer POS tools, build reports to summarize category performance. Highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Assist in the development of category strategies and annual plans in collaboration with the category management team.
  • Support the Senior Category Manager in conducting supplier negotiations and building strong relationships with external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of space strategies to drive healthy category growth for system and retailer.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Build channel and retailer planograms in alignment with channel/brand standards of Coca-Cola Bottling Limited and Partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 13 Years in CPG Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Able to clearly convey findings to various stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
