1- Respond to customer and outside sales inquiries regarding orders, products, and pricing,
including the creation of customer quotes and service estimates.
2- Process customer orders and invoices accurately, ensuring timely delivery and billing.
3- Verify inventory accuracy and order replenishments as needed through purchase orders.
4- Create Bills of Materials and set up inventory items as necessary.
5- Develop and maintain technical drawings for systems, fabricated products, and assembled items
in relevant formats.
6- Establish and maintain customer accounts.
7- Mentor and train new team members through daily coaching opportunities as appropriate.
8- Serve as the primary backup for team members as required.
9- Provide technical support to customers, operations, and outside sales team members when
needed.
10- Identify sales opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance business growth.
11- Collaborate closely with various departments, customers, and vendors.
12- Keep outside sales informed about ongoing customer activities through a combination of voice
13- Generate and submit weekly quotation summaries and tracking forms as necessary by specified
deadlines.
14- Assist the marketing department upon request.
15- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed.

- Proven experience in inside sales or a related role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building longterm relationships
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Salary:
$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Equipment Sales: 3 years (preferred)
