We are currently looking for an
Analyst, Vehicle Planning to join our team in
Mississauga,ON (Hybrid)**This role will be responsible for vehicle forecasting, ordering, and allocation functions.


Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Perform the weekly production allocation to dealers
  • Forecast 3 month vehicle order down to Model and color (Nissan & Infiniti). The 3 month order determines vehicle mix allocated to our dealer body. Accuracy in forecasting has a direct impact to allocation coverage which in turn impacts NCI unsold inventory levels and associated carrying and C&I costs
  • Schedule and allocate vehicle production to ensure NCI's orders comply with productions constraints (OCFs). Once dealer orders have been allocated and received by NCI these orders must be scheduled in monthly then weekly buckets to align with the factory production schedule and production constraints
  • Maintain the Tokyo Model Master and Order Management System (OMS). This includes ensuring model codes are active/inactive and validating the accuracy of data (model codes & color matrices)
  • Manage internal, regional and dealer requests for assigning orders and changing specifications
  • Liaise with Product Planning and Sales to ensure model codes and mix forecasting are accurate at Model Year turnover

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint is required, database familiarity including Access & AWS is a strong asset.
  • This position requires a wide variety of communications skills with internal and external people. Persuasion and conflict resolution is also required when vehicle allocation or production scheduling challenges arise.
