    This role will own the end-to-end learning development process, and deliver best in class learning solutions that are balanced based on budget, time, resources and/or project scope.

    Learning solutions at this level may be complex and involve a higher degree of collaboration with assigned project teams, vendors, and internal and external partners.

    The Senior Learning Partner will work with the Senior Manager, Business Transformation and Senior Manger, Learning to manage learning solution requests.

    Finally, as a senior member in Learning & Development, this role will need to incorporate implementation and change management expertise and tactics to all executed deliverables.


    Consulting & Project Management:
    Project manage small learning projects, keeping track of tasks, timelines and an assigned budget.

    Work closely with learning team, project teams, Employee Experience and other internal departments throughout the learning process to understand business priorities, needs, strategies, and recommend an appropriate solutions and metrics.

    Develop best-in-class learning solutions to address both project needs while keeping sight of organizational and strategic goals.

    Collaborate with L&D and department managers to perform training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed; Analyze the learning needs through a variety of approaches including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and review of extant data.

    Partner with project members and internal executives to ensure accuracy of analysis and validate identified gaps.
    Design a best-in-class learning design that is grounded on an analysis and tied to various levels of measurements.

    Facilitate face-to-face or virtual delivery – effectively engage learners using a variety of techniques and deliberately measure learning acquisition through a variety of approaches from informal to formal.

    Support leader and Technical Writer in development and rolling out documented processes.
    Consider all aspects of implementation: delivery of solution, communications, change management and sustainment of learning (P&P, follow up, survey, refreshers etc.)
    Assess learning including Level 1 (Reaction to the learning) and Level 2 (Learning acquisition).
    Consistently ensure Level 3 (On the job transfer) is conducted and reported back to key stakeholders and employees.
    Conduct formative evaluations on existing training to improve and update the learning solution as required.
    Collaborate with key leaders, HR Business Partner, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design and implement the right fit solutions based on transformation initiatives

    Design, develop content (Storyline, Canva etc), and deliver a variety of learning programs (virtual workshops, focus groups, experiential learning).

    Knowledge and experience with using both Agile and ADDIE methodologies depending on the needs.
    Strong knowledge of software applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint –and rapid eLearning tools like Articulate 360.
    Manage multiple projects with extensive detailed coordination and a high attention to detail.
    Equipment Finance experience an asset
    Minimum of 4 years' experience in a training related role with instructional design and delivery experience.
    Adult Learning Certificate or Degree – completed or equivalent professional experience

    Toronto, St. Catharines, or Vancouver Corporate Office.
