Responsibilities:


  • Select appropriate coatings for each product and ensure that they are applied in the correct thickness and color.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and to prevent contamination of coatings.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the coating process to ensure that all products meet our standards for appearance and durability.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of coatings used, equipment maintenance, and product quality.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating powder coating equipment.
  • Familiarity with a variety of powder coatings and their properties.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
