OVERVIEW

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a climate of trust for business with the target customers;
  • To be familiar with, advise and recommend our products;
  • Develop trust and business plans;
  • Solicit and obtain new customers;
  • Participate in meetings, technical trainings and communicate information to clients and colleagues
  • Advise agricultural producers regarding ways to produce, isolate, manipulate and store the production to maintain the product integrity;
  • Support for credit and credit margin revision for new customers (annual);
  • Communicate pertinent information and share expertise with colleagues;
  • Communicate technical information to customers;
  • Any other related tasks.

HARD SKILLS

  • To hold Community college diploma Agronomy or the equivalent;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales ;
  • Hold a valid driver's license;
  • Member CCA a plus

SOFT SKILLS

  • Autonomy
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Good oral communication skills and good listening.
  • Courtesy, diplomacy and respect.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Excellent customer approach.
  • Professionalism.
