Description

Responsibilities:

Promote safety awareness by ensuring compliance of corporate health and safety policies
Review, track and enter all inventory reports for all products
Assist with grocery orders
Clean and prep all baking materials
Combine ingredients according to the recipes and alter any recipes for improving our baking products.
Handle all hot or dangerous items with caution
Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen and storage areas
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Baker or related field
Advanced Food Safe Certification
Can follow detailed written or verbal instruction
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work in the Fort McMurray area and work a rotational schedule
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to stand for the 12hour shift duration
Must be in good health and physical condition to perform duties assigned
Must be able to pass a preaccess drug and alcohol test
