What you'll be doing on a typical day:

Safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
Providing exceptional service to customers, including generating sales leads
Loading and unloading freight
Conducting vehicle inspections as required by Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations

Requirements for success at XPO:

Minimum qualifications:

Be at least 21 years old
Hold a current Class 1 or Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
Maintain a safe driving record

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with forklifts
Hazardous materials certification(s)
Additional endorsements for airbrakes and manual transmission

This role necessitates the ability to:

Lift and move objects of various weights
Climb in and out of a tractor cab/trailer
Sit for extended periods and operate heavy equipment
Work in various weather conditions and terrains
Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and kneeling
Drive a tractor-trailer combination for extended periods
