Our Job Offer
Under the responsibility of the Director, Agile Operations, the

Administrator Service Agent will be mainly responsible for taking customer service calls.


The incumbent is expected to:


  • Perform third party administrative (TPA) functions to administer the enrollment and setup of new accounts and provide ongoing support to plan sponsors, Benefits Consultants and Advisors ;
  • Provide fast, accurate, respectful and courteous service to our clients ;
  • Respond to requests from administrators about the management of their plan or any claimsrelated problem and ensure their needs are met, and return calls as needed within 48 business hours ;
  • Guide and support administrators, during calls, with the use of our various tools (Members Portal, Enrolment Portal, Administrators Portal) and promote these tools during calls ;
  • Coordinate and administer plan for plan sponsor with all insurers new hires, change of coverage, changes or amendments to the policy ;
  • Prepare Employee Welcome Kits for new plan sponsors and distribution of welcome letters for members ;
  • Facilitate resolution of any issues with carriers such as billing, coverage & claims requests on behalf of plan sponsor ;
  • Maintain the document management process, records and files ;
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of knowledge to provide accurate and quality service ;
  • Recognize and seize opportunities to suggest ideas or initiatives aimed at improving our services by listening to comments/suggestions from administrators and forwarding them to the relevant sector ;
  • Perform any other related tasks as requested by the Department Head.
  • College diploma ;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance ;
  • Customer service experience ;
  • Keen sense of customer service delivery ;
  • Excellent command of English and French, written and spoken is an asset ;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ;
  • Versability, resourcefulness and ability to work independently ;
  • Ability to demonstrate judgement, integrity and honesty ;
  • Ability to protect confidential information.
