Description

As our HR Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitating and managing telecommunication plan and travel arrangements and coordination.
  • Maintaining HR files and employee data using BambooHR and other HR repositories.
  • Assisting in the daytoday operations, functions, and duties by providing general human resources
and administrative support.

  • Implementing company policies and progressive discipline.
  • Assisting in the group benefits management and registration.
  • Working with the People and Culture Manager in the recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
  • Handling administrative tasks for offboarding process and legal compliances.
  • Helping with the organization and maintenance of training module and employee training records.
  • Taking active participation in the socials committee and championing the company's planning and execution of events e.g.
conferences, departmental/division/companywide meetings, workshops, socials, etc.


On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

  • At least 1 year experience in the same capacity
  • Certificate or diploma from a postsecondary institution
  • Experience with various HRIS and ATS systems (Bamboo HR is an asset)
