This location is located near Richmond, ON (just outside of Ottawa) and is not accessible by public transportation._

Monday to Friday - 6:30 am to 3:00 PM

Job Duties

Following cycle menus, cook, food prep, and prepare ethnically diverse meals in a wellequipped, clean industrial kitchen
Sets up for and produces hot food components for daily production and ensures adequate supply of all required ingredients while ensuring food safety practices are upheld (rotation, temperatures, storage labelling)
Be flexible and adapt to change in numbers, products, and serving venues (banquet, fullservice meals, dispersed meals, and service from steam table
Receiving orders, storing, cleaningasyougo
Compliance to H&S program, quality assurance procedures and WHMIS regulations

Qualifications
- _
Red Seal or 5 years' experience industrial cooking in a food service, a must_

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
General physical wellness, and ability to stand, lift, move, etc.
Government Clearance Applications MUST be submitted prior to first day of employment
